Sporting a black top and jeans to go with her bangy hairdo, the “High School Musical” hottie enjoyed a bite to eat and conversation with a friend before passing the paparazzi on the way back out to her car.

Speaking of paparazzi, Miss Hudgens recently revealed her disdain for the intrusive shutterbugs, telling, “I mean, put yourself in my situation: people who you do not know taking pictures of you in your own room!”

“It’s obnoxious and invasive, and I don’t know why they would do it,” the 19-year-old brunette beauty adds.

Continuing to work on what’s now become an extended second season, Blake Lively and her off-screen lover Penn Badgley were spotted hard-at-work on the set of “Gossip Girl” in New York City on Friday (November 21).

Joined by co-star Taylor Momsen, the CW stars ran through a few sequences - during which it appears as if Blake’s Serena van der Woodsen character is a bit upset with Badgley’s Dan Humphrey.

Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Connor Paolo, who plays Blake’s little brother Eric van der Woodsen, has turned down an offer from the show to become a series regular.

“He probably didn’t want to commit to being ninth fiddle on a show,” a TV agent told of his thoughts on the reason for turning down the permanent role. “Sure, he’ll make less money, but he’s free to accept other opportunities in TV and film should they come along. It’s not a bad move if you have aspirations to do other things.”

Despite the breakup bombshell that was dropped earlier this week, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden still have strong feelings of love for each other.

Miss Hilton told Ryan Seacrest, “You know, I love him. He’s such an amazing man and he’s my best friend and he’s been so great to me and so loyal.”

Paris continued singing Benji’s praises, saying, “He’s an incredible person. We’ll always be very close. We’ll see what happens in the future. I’m still in love with him.”

As for the reason they broke up (which she said was mutual), Hilton explained, “We’re both working so much. There are all these reports saying that I dumped Benji. That’s not true. Jennifer “was granted a permanent restraining order against a fan she described as ‘obsessive and harassing’ in Los Angeles Superior Court this morning, preventing Steven Burky from coming into contact with either Garner or her family for three years.”

Now that they’ve reached a settlement, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been granted a preliminary ‘quickie divorce’ per proceedings in the High Court of London earlier today (November 21).

As a result, in six weeks and one day, Madge and Guy will officially have their marriage dissolved, given that neither have issued any disputes in the matter.
