• Blake Lively and Penn Badgley, holding hands at an opulent opening party for Juicy Couture’s 5th Avenue flagship store in Manhattan. But that was the extent of the PDA for the Gossip Girl stars, who spent their time mingling with friends - including costar Jessica Szohr - and fans alike. At the bash, waiters made rounds with caviar canapes and mini hamburgers, while a church choir performed classic-rock hits and tutu-clad ballerinas danced in the windows.

• They’re back! After a hiatus of a few weeks Lauren Conrad and boyfriend Kyle Howard returned to their favorite spot,

Teddy’s inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, for jazz night. The pair made a beeline for the bar, and

Conrad sipped a Red Bull while chatting with her female friends. Howard

stood nearby, talking with his guy pals, but the two were never far apart.

Soon, though, the couple moved to a corner near the bar - and Conrad

was all over her beau, draping herself on him.

• Nicky Hilton, celebrating her younger brother Barron’s birthday at Les Deux in West Hollywood with beau David Katzenberg by her side. The two settled into a table in the outdoor lounge, and played it low-key. Hilton let her brother - and sister Paris, who arrived with a camera crew - be the center of attention. Later, the sisters wished Barron a happy birthday with a red velvet cake.

• Ever the gentleman, Nick Zano displayed perfect manners

when he took girlfriend Haylie Duff to BLT in West Hollywood. Says

a fellow diner: “Haylie cracked a smile when Nick rushed a few steps forward

to open the door for her.”

• Criss Angel, feeding girlfriend Holly Madison strawberries during a visit to Tryst nightclub inside the Wynn Las Vegas. The pair also shared

playful hugs and kisses - and definitely attracted the crowd’s

attention. The pair also visited Koi Las Vegas for a late-night meal. “They were kissing and sitting very close together looking very much like they were in love,” says a source. “They held hands and stayed close.”

• Taking a break from filming Middle Men in Scottsdale, Ariz., Luke Wilson, stopped by RA Sushi for quality time with girlfriend Meg Simpson. The two sipped beers on the warm afternoon, and got cozy at their table.

Life couldn’t be more different for Jennifer Lopez since the February birth of their boy and girl, the singer and husband Marc Anthony admit.

“We’re just lucky,” Anthony, 40, tells PEOPLE. “Our life is designed around the twins. Everything smells better, it tastes better, it even feels better on a minute-to-minute basis. We should just enjoy this.”

The couple were arm in arm at Fashion Group International’s Night of Stars Event at Cipriani Wall Street in New York Thursday night. Lopez and Prince presented the award to Donatella Versace.

“For me, it was one of the eye-opening moments of what a dress could actually do,” Lopez, 39, tells PEOPLE. “And I was on the cover of the paper the next day, because of that Versace dress. No, I’d wear it %26#91;now%26#93;.”

“Maybe as a wife, she wouldn’t,” Anthony interjected, as his spouse laughed.

Late Saturday afternoon, Jennifer Lopez, 34, stunned the showbiz world by marrying singer Marc Anthony, 35, in a casual ceremony at her Beverly Hills home, witnesses and friends told PEOPLE.

Lopez’s publicist neither confirmed nor denied the wedding, but witnesses at the scene reported seeing Lopez in a wedding gown. A tent was erected earlier in the day, the property was bedecked with balloons and musicians could be heard playing Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons” - a wedding favorite - during the afternoon.

The marriage, Lopez’s third, comes just months after her whirlwind 18-month relationship with Ben Affleck - which included a postponed September 2003 wedding, a box-office disaster and a breakup and a makeup - finally went belly up in January. She had yet to even publicly acknowledge a romance with Anthony, an old flame whose own marriage to Dayanara Torres did not end until they were granted a divorce in the Dominican Republic last Monday.

Lopez?s family was in town from New York. A source said Lopez had invited everyone to her house for a ?beautiful afternoon party,? but none of them knew she planned on getting married. ?It was a surprise,? said the source.

At 6:22 p.m., the bride walked across

the backyard with a white umbrella while the guests clapped and cheered. She

wore Neil Lane jewelry from head to toe, including a necklace and bracelet.

At around 7 p.m., big band music began after guests went into a white tent.

Lopez?s mom, Guadalupe, was in attendance and embraced new son-in-law Anthony

for a long time after the ceremony.

“She looked beautiful,” said a source.

Rumors of a wedding had circulated since midweek, and PEOPLE reported that despite Lopez’s reluctance to go public with her romance to Anthony, the pair was in love and had consulted with a wedding planner to figure out how to tie the knot.

On the same day that she completed her first triathlon in Malibu, Jennifer Lopez threw a sexy surprise 40th birthday party for her husband, Marc Anthony, in New York City.

Pulling off the big bash - and keeping it a secret - took a bit of sneaky maneuvering and required Lopez to use her honed acting skills, she tells PEOPLE.

In the weeks leading up to his 40th birthday, Anthony frequently asked his wife: “What are we gonna do for my birthday?” says Lopez, 39. But she played it cool. “I told him it was such a busy weekend, that I might not be able to do anything,” she says with a laugh.

In fact, Lopez had managed to plan a 1940’s Cuban nightclub themed party at the Bowery Hotel. Turning on her famous work ethic, the singer-actress biked, swam and ran to a fifth place finish in the celebrity women’s category at the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on Sunday - then hopped a jet to New York for the party that night.

The party featured stripper Dita Von Teese, a salsa orchestra, mojitos and showgirls in feather headdresses, just like at Havana’s famous Tropicana nightclub. Party planner Liberty Woodman, who coordinated the event with Lopez, says, “She wanted a sexy vibe with the casino and showgirls.”

The couple’s friends and family danced the night away, including Brooke Shields and husband Chris Henchy. Says Shields with a laugh: “Jennifer is amazing. I did a triathlon once in college but for me a triathlon is now eating, drinking and sleeping.” Adds pal Leah Remini, “The party is over the top. It’s pure Jennifer.”

After a night of gambling, dancing and singing (Lopez dedicated a sultry version of “My Man” to the birthday boy) the couple and their 6-month-old twins, Max and Emme, took off for a vacation to the coast of Italy and Greece.

From the yacht, Lopez raved about her little ones: “They are crawling and teething,” she says. “Emme is always very calm and quiet. Max is kinda very boy. He’s brawny and tough. He likes to scream and yell sometimes, and she’s kinda looking at him %26#91;like%26#93;, ‘Hey, why are you screaming.’ ”

Jennifer Lopez had the support of several important men in her life as she successfully competed in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on Sunday, finishing the race in 2 hours, 23 minutes and 28 seconds.

The singer-actress was cheered on from the sidelines by husband Marc Anthony, who escorted her to a VIP area with his arm securely around her after she crossed the finish line, exhausted, but with her fists pumped in victory.

In the VIP area, Lopez met up with Matthew McConaughey, who also competed in the triathlon at Zuma Beach. The actor greeted his former Wedding Planner costar with a big hug. And Lopez was accompanied along the way by her trainer Gunnar Peterson, who was not racing himself, but was there to help out.

Wearing forest green Juicy sweats when she arrived Sunday morning, Lopez changed quickly into her wetsuit before the swim portion as Peterson and a bodyguard held up towels to shield her from the paparazzi. Also watching: Her fans, who offered their love. As Lopez and her entourage - including her sister, an assistant and several bodyguards - made its way to the beach, fans yelled, “I love you J.Lo.”

She clearly appreciated the support, smiling and waving back.

But for McConaughey, the event was all business. The actor (and fitness buff) had his game face on before the race as he stretched.

Still, the actor broke his serious demeanor for a moment, though, when he spotted girlfriend Camila Alves - who spent some of the race time in the VIP area, holding son Levi in a baby bjorn. McConaughey left the line to give her a kiss and rub Levi before the swim began.

Jennifer Lopez says she was “selfish” for the first time in her life while she was pregnant with twins Max and Emme, who are now 6 months old.

Midway through her pregnancy, Lopez had just finished her concert tour with husband Marc Anthony last fall when she told him she needed him to take the reins, she tells Elle magazine in its October issue cover story. “I said, ‘I did the superwoman thing, I finished the tour - now I need you to take care of me,’” said Lopez, 39.

“‘I love doing things for you; if I’m not cooking, then I’m picking out a shirt. But this is the first time in my life where I’m just going to be a little bit selfish,’” she told Anthony, who turns 40 on Sept. 16. “‘I don’t know if I’m going to have kids again, so I want it to be a beautiful experience. I don’t want to have any drama. I want to just be smiling every day.’”

As for the moment she realized she was pregnant, she reveals, “I was sitting down doing hair and makeup and I felt a flutter. The weirdest little … flourish. My makeup artist said ‘What’s the matter?’ I didn’t say anything, but in my head, I was like, I have life inside me!”

Two weeks before giving birth, Lopez commissioned a special gift for her husband - a book of photos of herself. Says Lopez: “I was like, ‘How am I going to rock this moment of my life? … I felt very womanly. Marc was in a dream. He loved it.”

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s newborn twins are named Max and Emme, Lopez’s manager Simon Fields officially confirms to PEOPLE.

The new parents welcomed their son and daughter on Feb. 22. Emme was born at 12:12 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz., and Max followed at 12:23 a.m., weighing 6 lbs.

Already gifts have been pouring in for the twins, including pillows and baby carriers from Baby K’tan in Fort Lauderdale with their names embroidered on them, a source tells PEOPLE.

The twins are the first children for Lopez, 38, and the fourth and fifth for Anthony, 39.

It’s only been six months since she gave birth to twins, but Jennifer Lopez is racing back into shape - literally.

Lopez, 39, is training for her first triathlon with Self magazine editor-in-chief Lucy Danziger - and the singer/actress is sharing her fitness regimen, challenges and all.

“You have to start slow and give yourself time,” a workout ready Lopez said during an interview from New York’s Central Park Monday on Good Morning America. “I’m always challenging myself and seeing what I can do.”

A self-described “good athlete” who has been following a workout designed by trainer Gunnar Peterson, Lopez says the triathlon presents one big challenge for her.

With less than a month until the triathlon, which will take place Sept. 14 in Malibu, Lopez says she’s making time for her workouts. And she’s not just doing it not just for personal or health reasons: She’s raising money for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Named by Self as one of the magazine’s 10 most inspiring women of 2008 - and the health magazine’s September cover model - Lopez says she is determined to finish the race even if she “has to crawl across that finish line.”

The only downside to the training, though, is the time away from her children, Max and Emme. “It’s really tiring,” she says during the interview. “I like getting a lot of time with the babies.”

As a solution, her husband Marc Anthony set up a spot in their home where Lopez can use a treadmill and even work out with a computerized biking program.

“I feel great,” she said on Good Morning America. “I have more energy - %26#91;and%26#93; I’m proud of myself.”

Taking care of 5-month-old twins provides Jennifer Lopez with plenty of excitement. So when it came to celebrating her 39th birthday on Thursday, she opted for a low-key evening - and a Broadway show - with her husband, Marc Anthony.

“We had such a blast last night,” Anthony, 39, told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS radio show Friday. “It’s almost like every day is her birthday … so last night we just wanted it to be quiet and, you know, have a nice quiet evening together.”

The couple snuck into the Tony-winning musical In the Heights (about three days in an Upper Manhattan neighborhood), and got “to sit in an audience and watch other people be nervous,” Anthony said.

When asked about touring with babies Max and Emme, Anthony said: “When your foundation is stable and you’re good, it doesn’t really affect anything. It just amplifies what the experience feels like. It’s that much more fulfilling, and you look forward to coming home. It’s a great time.”
