Looks like Jessica Biel has even more in common with her boyfriend, Justin Timberlake: She’s a recording artist.

The actress visited the NightBird recording studios at the Sunset Marquis Hotel on Oct. 9 to lay down a couple tracks.

Biel did “an amazing job,” a rep for the studios, Michelle Aselta, tells PEOPLE of the actress’s singing for her upcoming role in Easy Virtue, a remake of a 1928 Alfred Hitchcock film, costarring Colin Firth.

“Everyone at the studio said, ‘Some girls have everything,’” says studio Aselta. “Jessica Biel is dating a gorgeous guy, she’s a great actress - and she can sing.”

This isn’t her first time belting out a tune: As a kid, she did musicals like Annie and Beauty and the Beast.

So does Biel have pop stardom in her future?

“I’m not sure,” says Aselta, “but I’m sure dating Justin will probably have some influence in that!”

Lively arrived first, followed by her beau, a bit later. When he arrived, the Gossip Girl star traipsed around the restaurant looking like a lost puppy when at first he couldn’t find her. Ultimately they were reunited and sat next to each other, knees touching, at the same dinner table, where they sampled the dim sum. Meanwhile, the show’s host, Michael Phelps has his own date for the night - his mom, Debbie! The Olympian also mingled with friends and signed plenty of autographs. And SNL star Andy Samberg spent time with his musician girlfriend Joanna Newsom at the party.

• Mary-Kate Olsen, sitting front and center at the

Benjamin Cho fashion show with artist beau Nate Lowman. The hipster

duo took in the runway action at New York’s Altman Building, while her

bodyguards literally stood on the runway before the show began. Soon,

though, they ceded the strip to the model - and Olsen seemed to relax

and enjoy herself after the show.

• Nicky Hilton, dining with boyfriend David Katzenberg at Apple Restaurant in West Hollywood with a group of friends.

The group enjoyed their meal on the patio, where the couple saved room for

dessert. “They especially loved the Cr%26#232;me Fra%26#238;che

Cheesecake.”

• Robin Thicke, celebrating at W magazine’s New

York Affair party with wife Paula Patton. Patton, who was also a

host of the bash, posed for pictures and chatted with guests, though she

never strayed too far from her R%26B singer hubby. They were matching in

black and could barely contain themselves from stealing little smooches

throughout the night.

after taking a bathroom break during Radiohead’s electrifying

performance at L.A.’s Hollywood Bowl. There with Justin Timberlake, the actress had forgotten her ticket for re-entry. Oops!

• The Radiohead show - the second of a two-night stand

- drew plenty of celebrity fans: Mary-Kate Olsen was

spotted, and Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl stuck around

for an afterparty at the outdoor venue. At the bash, Grohl drank a beer,

posed for pictures with fans and cracked everybody up. Keanu Reeves took in the show as well. And the night before, newlyweds Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were among the stars rocking out to

the British band.

• Renée Zellweger, leaving a generous tip following her burger lunch with a male friend at the Indian Wells Tavern

in Amagansett, N.Y. Zellweger also has been shopping while spending time in the Hamptons: She

stopped by Intermix and picked up a jersey dress designed by Stella McCartney.

• Back from his appearance at the Olympics closing ceremonies,

David Beckham headed out for the night with some guy

friends at Villa in Los

Angeles. It might have been karaoke night, but the soccer stud didn’t sing

- or even move to the music. He seemed much more interested in a quiet

night with his buddies.

• Nikki Sixx and girlfriend Kat Von D are still

going strong. The couple shared an early dinner at Pinched Tacos, a new

restaurant on L.A.’s Sunset Strip. The two sat on the patio and “seemed to

get along so well,” a fellow diner says.

• Tiger Woods, working up a sweat at Equinox in New York. The golf star sported a knee brace - but worked out steadily on the elliptical. He left the gym in a hat and sunglasses - and looking very sweaty!

• Venice Film Festival, here she comes! Burn After Reading star Tilda Swinton, enjoying a sandwich from EAT Café while waiting for her flight from London to Venice.

• Mary-Louise Parker, meeting up with her Weeds costar - and onscreen son - Hunter Parrish during intermission at the final performance of Passing Strange on Broadway. The two, who were seated in separate rows at the Belasco Theater, chatted excitedly about the play and left together, looking emotional. (Many audience members were crying after the

show.) Next up for Parrish: a starring role in Broadway’s Spring Awakening.

• Reese Witherspoon, lightening up - her hair! - at the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills. The actress, who just returned from Paris, opted for some blonder highlights during her two-hour visit.

• Seth Rogen, dining with the cast and crew of Pineapple Express at Montreal’s Globe Restaurant. In town for the Just for Laughs comedy festival, the funnyman and pals Judd Apatow and Saturday Night Live’s Bill Hader screened the comedy for festivalgoers. Rogen also brought along his girlfriend writer Lauren Miller, who attended all the events with him, including his first stand-up act in more than 10 years at the Club Metropolis.

• Mel Gibson, checking out Cirque du Soleil’s Love with his wife, Robyn, and seven children at the Mirage in Las Vegas. The family was there to celebrate Gibson’s son’s 21st birthday.

Though boyfriend Justin Timberlake swears there isn’t anything of the sort in the works, Jessica Biel says that she’d welcome a loving marriage and kids.

“You know, the actual idea of signing those papers and doing all this stuff about it, I’ve never been someone who’s like, ‘I have to, have to, have to have it,’” the 26-year-old actress says in the latest Harper’s Bazaar. “But the idea of being with somebody I care about, who’s my soul mate, that sounds groovy.”

As for becoming a mother someday, the actress says, “it’s something that I feel is a rite of passage as a woman.” If she eventually has children, she says she’ll aim for a balance between family and career.

“Why can’t I have both? Why can’t I have everything?” she adds.

She may still be “getting the lingo down,” but Jessica Biel’s foray into the blogoshpere was a success!

“I have been ‘Internet challenged’ long enough and am thrilled to join the tech revolution!” she writes as MySpace Celebrity’s featured icon, which posted Sunday.

She adds: “Plus, I only have four friends and am in dire need of more. Just kidding, I have six.” (Actually, she has three, according to her private profile.)

Most of all, she enjoys this way of expressing herself because it gives her “a perfect place to share some projects that I’m working on that I’m really excited about.”

Although she doesn’t dish on boyfriend Justin Timberlake, the busy actress - she has four films ready for release - says she’s a huge advocate of animal rights and reveals her dog, Tina, is sitting with her.

“She’s not really into blogging,” Biel says, referring to her dog.

Based on reader reaction, her “prayer for inspiration” worked: Fans proclaim their love and welcome her to MySpace, while wishing her good luck with everything in the comments section.

Jessica Biel, he’s not sharing them on national

television. During a humorous interview on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno Tuesday, the singer denied that he was getting hitched when asked, point blank, by the talk show host. “Am I engaged? In what?” Timberlake asked, telling Leno, “I’m engaged in a conversation with you.” Timberlake also denied that he (or Biel) are expecting any children, joking with Leno, “I’m not pregnant.” Still, he shared his affection for Biel. When asked if he was dating her, Timberlake confirmed that it’s true to the applause of male audience members. Echoing their cheers, he added, “woo is right!”

Angeles. Once in the restaurant, the affectionate couple had a quick meal,

remaining very cute and loving, an onlooker reports.

• David and Victoria Beckham, lunching at the Sunset Towers in Los Angeles. Joined by

security guards, the footballer and his wife spent a few hours lounging by

the pool - and causing a scene thanks to their beefy security detail.

girlfriend Emma Hemming around New York’s Time Warner Center and

looking, in the words of one eyewitness, “glowingly in love.”

• Keanu Reeves, arriving at hot new L.A. restaurant Comme %26#231;a for dinner a deux. Along with his tall, dark-haired date, the actor

sunk into a table in the back of the restaurant. The two held hands occasionally and even shared some dishes, including lamb shank, bouillabaisse, escargot, risotto and pomme frites - and, of course, wine!

The pop star recently jetted to England to appear in the music video for Madonna’s upcoming single, “4 Minutes to Save the World,” according to ew.com.

And Timberlake isn’t above mixing work and play. While in the U.K., he also had the chance to visit with girlfriend Jessica Biel, who’s filming Easy Virtue in nearby Oxfordshire.

The low-key lovebirds stepped out for a date night on Saturday, sharing dinner at the romantic restaurant Locanda Locatelli in Central London.
