Minnie Driver has been a mom for just two months but she says she’s already thinking about adding to her family.
“I’d have another one,” the actress told Ellen DeGeneres on her show that is set to air Friday.
Driver gave birth to a son, Henry, in September. “It only kicks in after you have really forgotten %26#91;labor%26#93;. I’ve only just managed to look at the pictures of the birth,” Driver said. “I only looked at a few pictures and they do make you kind of go, ‘Owwww! Ouch!’, but then I look at him. I want another one of them.”
But Henry, who weighed in at 9 lbs., 12 oz. when he was born, was too big for his Halloween Pumpkin costume. “On the back there was just this huge triangle where his diaper showed because we couldn’t close it,” Driver explained.
DeGeneres gave Driver a couple of different-sized onesies that acknowledged Henry’s heft. Both items said: “I may be BIG but my Mom is Minnie.”

For his newest music video, rising star Joshua Radin got a little help from a famous friend - Zach Braff.
Radin, who famously serenaded Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi at their August wedding, enlisted the Scrubs star (a pal from Northwestern University) to direct the video for “I’d Rather Be with You,” the lead single off his sophomore album, Simple Times.
“Joshua wanted to do something very small and simple this time,” Braff tells PEOPLE exclusively. “So we loaded up some old super 8 cameras, one of my old Polaroid cameras, and went on a road trip. The song tells its own story - all I really did was create a simple, pretty collage around his lyrics.”
Radin, whose songs have gotten heavy play on shows like Grey’s Anatomy, One Tree Hill, and, as of Tuesday, 90210, can next be seen on Late Night with Conan O’Brien on Wednesday.

No same-sex marriage, no more tax dollars from Melissa Etheridge.
That’s the defiant stand taken by the 44-year-old singer in a new blog post on The Daily Beast following the passage of California’s Proposition 8.
Etheridge declares that if she’s not “allowed the same right %26#91;to marry%26#93; under the state constitution as any other citizen. … I am taking that to mean I do not have to pay my state taxes, because I am not a full citizen.”
“Okay,” she continues. “There is a lot I can do with the extra half a million dollars that I will be keeping instead of handing it over to the state of California.”
Etheridge opposed the ballot measure along with Brad Pitt, Mary J. Blige, Ellen DeGeneres, and Sacha Baron Cohen.
Etheridge ends her blog with a message for Prop 8 supporters: “Gay people are born everyday. You will never legislate that away.”

The California-voter ban on Tuesday - by some 52 percent - of same-sex marriage has left Ellen DeGeneres “saddened beyond belief,” she says.
In a statement posted on her show’s Web site Wednesday, the talk host, who married partner Portia de Rossi in August, said, “This morning, when it was clear that Proposition 8 had passed in California, I can’t explain the feeling I had. I was saddened beyond belief.
“Here we just had a giant step toward equality %26#91;with the election of Barack Obama%26#93; and then on the very next day, we took a giant step away.”
Also on Tuesday, the Arkansas electorate passed a measure meant to prohibit gay men and lesbians from adopting children.
In her message, DeGeneres, 50, concluded by saying, “I believe one day a ‘ban on gay marriage’ will sound totally ridiculous. In the meantime, I will continue to speak out for equality for all of us.”

Tuesday’s Caught in the Act >

Californians voted Tuesday to ban same-sex marriage, setting the stage for a court battle over the legitimacy of roughly 16,000 such marriages - including those of celeb couples Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi and Star Trek’s George Takei and Brad Altman.
With nearly 96 percent of the votes counted, controversial Proposition 8 passed by just over 52 percent (The initiative had drawn widespread opposition from Hollywood celebrities, including Brad Pitt, director Steven Spielberg, and even California’s Republican Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger).
As Takei pondered the disappointing election returns Tuesday night, the 71-year-old actor told PEOPLE he was hopeful that his Sept. 14 marriage to Brad Altman would be “grandfathered in.”
But Altman was less confident. “We tasted marriage now, and it really is delicious!” Altman added. “And the thought that the people of California might take our marriage away from us is really frightening and worrisome and upsetting.”
DeGeneres - who wed de Rossi in August - has been an outspoken critic of Proposition 8. “I can’t return the wedding gifts,” she quipped. “I love my new toaster.”
Attorney Mathew D. Staver - who has argued before the California Supreme Court against same-sex marriage - tells PEOPLE he’s confident that the state’s 18,000-plus gay marriages will be annulled. He notes, “Constitutional amendments are retroactive.”
But Shannon Minter, legal director for the National Center for Lesbian Rights, tells PEOPLE: “It would be almost unthinkable to retroactively take away somebody’s marriage status - it would be completely unprecedented and it almost defies description.”
Tuesday’s vote was merely the latest decision in a long-running struggle between California voters, politicians and judges over same-sex marriage.
In March 2000, 61 percent of voters approved a measure similar to Proposition 8, but it did not go so far as to rewrite the state’s constitution, which the new initiative does.
Four years later, San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom directed officials there to issue marriage licenses for same-sex couples - which a court overturned a month later. The following year, the state legislature passed a bill legalizing such marriages, but Schwarzenegger vetoed it.
On May 15, 2008, the California Supreme Court voted 4-3 in favor of such marriages - and is now expected to weigh in on the validity of same-sex marriages that have since been performed in the state.
Minter says he will also argue that Proposition 8 be set aside altogether, on the grounds that state voters don’t have the power to make such a sweeping change to their constitution - especially one that calls for discrimination against a minority group. Given her recent high-style nuptials to Portia de Rossi, it’s no surprise that Ellen DeGeneres has come out against Proposition 8, the controversial California ballot initiative seeking to ban gay unions.
Describing the wording of Prop 8 as “tricky,” the comedienne took to her blog to encourage her fans to vote against it.
“There’s a California Proposition on the ballot that’s a little confusing …. It’s called, ‘The California Marriage Protection Act’ - but don’t let the name fool you,” she wrote. “It’s not protecting anyone’s marriage. Not yours. Not mine.”
Of course, DeGeneres has a personal stake in the outcome. “I can’t return the wedding gifts,” she quipped. “I love my new toaster.”
Earlier this month, both Brad Pitt and Steven Spielberg donated $100,000 to fight the proposition.

Zac Efron sports one stylish hairdo - but what inspired it?
“I actually modeled it %26#91;after%26#93; Ellen season 2,” Efron tells Ellen DeGeneres during an interview scheduled to air Thursday.
“Smart,” retorts DeGeneres. “So you’re copying me?”
“I am in fact,” Efron tells the talk show host.
“Vanessa was here a few days ago and she said she actually prefers it slicked back more with stuff in it,” she says. “But then it’s hard for her to put her hands in your hair because it’s to full of stuff. She prefers it slicked back just to let you know.”
DeGeneres also offers her haircutting services - after Efron admits his windswept style is partially “derived from laziness.” Pulling out a clipper, the talk show host consults with the actor’s mother - who is in the audience - then offers to trim Efron’s mane.
“Do you want to take a little off the back?” he asks. “It’s a little long actually.”
“No, there’s no blade in it,” DeGeneres retorts. “It was just to scare you. It’s Halloween and I like to scare people.”

Jennifer Love Hewitt empathized with Cheryl Burke, calling scrutiny of the Dancing With the Stars competitor’s body “really insensitive.”
“Cheryl Burke is so beautiful and an amazing dancer and that’s what people should concentrate on,” Hewitt, 29, who fought back against criticism of her bikini body, said Wednesday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Burke, 24, was recently criticized by DWTS pros Louis Van Amstel and Maksim Chmerkovskiy for gaining a few pounds over the summer - to which the Ghost Whisperer star responds: “I think %26#91;people%26#93; feel like people don’t have any feelings.”
“My body just changed,” she says. “When you’re running that much and working out like that, that’s what happens. I was happy with myself in those photos, and I’m still happy.”

Over the past month, it seems the entire world has been thrust into a “High School Musical” frenzy. And during a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Vanessa Hudgens got the 3rd degree regarding her on/off-screen boyfriend Zac Efron.
The newlywed talk show host asked all kinds of questions, like what Zac prefers for breakfast. Hudgens answered, “[He's] more of an eggs kind of guy. If he’s feeling lazy he just drinks them. Not most of the time, but every now and then.”
Ellen also asked about Hudgens’ 21st birthday gift for Zac. She replied, “I haven’t given it to him yet. I’m kind of late. It’s something for a house.”
In the interview we also learn that Zac is quite the kisser, and that Vanessa prefers Efron’s hair slicked back with gel, though he’s pretty hot no matter the coif.
