Now that her son Jayden James is out of the hospital, Britney Spears is breathing much easier. And earlier today she was spotted with members at an alligator and turtle farm.

The “Gimme More” songstress was joined by her sister Jamie Lynn (with daughter Maddie Briann), mother Lynne, and her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston on a tour of the massive wildlife park near her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.

And Miss Spears looked to be having a marvelous time with her family and friends, apparently goofing around and laughing throughout the afternoon.

This trip is the first one Britney has been allowed with her boys since she lost custody of them earlier this year. Let’s just hope Jayden’s hospitalization doesn’t complicate things!

Happy to have her big sister back in town, Jamie Lynn Spears was spotted out and about Kentwood, Louisiana on Saturday afternoon (November 8).

Rolling around in her white Range Rover, the “Zoey 101″ starlet/new mommy stopped off at a local supermarket with a gal pal to grab some shopping needs.

previously reported by Gossip Girls, Jamie Lynn’s sister Britney flew back home with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, as well as with her father and brother on Friday morning.

Allowed to bring Jayden and Sean back home for the first time since losing custody of the two in January, a source told press, “This is a terrific indication of the progress she’s made, and the growing trust between the two parents. It was arranged cooperatively between Kevin (Federline) and the lawyers. Britney just wanted to get some family time in and show the boys Louisiana, now that they’re getting older.”

The latest gossip about Taylor Swift is all wrong, the singer says in a new blog post.

“I read a very creative rumor this morning saying I’m pregnant,” the country star, 18, writes on her Celebrity MySpace page, “which is the most impossible thing on the planet.”

“Take my word for it,” she adds. “Impossible.”

In addition to knocking down hearsay, Swift, who has been promoting her new album Fearless due Nov. 11, is also gearing up for several award shows.

“Today is the last day for AMA Awards voting,” she tells fans on her blog. “It would be so amazing if you’d go vote (for me, maybe pleasssseee) … and show me some love in the Favorite Female Country Artist category.”

Enjoying a beautiful fall day in the deep south, Jamie Lynn Spears was spotted out with her daughter Maddie Briann and mother Lynne in McComb, Mississippi yesterday (October 22).

The “Zoey 101″ actress looked happy to be with family as she pushed her daughter’s stroller, sporting a cropped grey zip-up hoodie overtop a white long torso tee and distressed jeans.

Meanwhile, Lynne provided a helping hand, carrying Maddie’s diaper bag and looking stylish in a black patterned sweater with khaki trousers with a black handbag.

The Spears ladies reportedly ran errands all afternoon, taking Maddie to a doctor’s appointment as well as doing some shopping at the Edgewood Mall.

Britney Spears revved up the celebration for sons Preston and Jayden on Saturday, throwing her sons a joint car and truck-themed birthday bash in Los Angeles.

And the party was truly a family affair.

Spears celebrated her boys’ special days - Preston turns 3 on Sept. 14, and Jayden turned 2 on Sept. 12 - with sister Jamie Lynn Spears, her newborn niece Maddie Briann, dad Jamie and mom Lynne.

Held at close friend Adrienne Maloof-Nassif’s Beverly Park house, the outdoor party drew some famous guests, including Jenny McCarthy with her son Evan, and Gwen Stefani’s son Kingston, 2, who came to the bash from an equally starry affair: He celebrated Heidi Klum’s son Henry’s 3rd birthday at the model’s Beverly Hills house along with all three of Victoria Beckham’s sons.

“The boys received tons of birthday gifts,” a source told PEOPLE. “Britney and her family really made the party special for the boys.”

Maddie to Los Angeles Wednesday for the baby’s first ever play date

with Britney’s two sons.

The 17-year-old flew from Louisiana - along with her baby

and her mother Lynne (whose memoir comes out next week). The whole family

then headed to Britney’s Studio City house, where the singer was enjoying a regular visitation day with

her two boys, Preston, who turns 3 on Sunday, and Jayden, who turns 2 on Friday.

Rosie O’Donnell kept her word after promising not to blog in August, but now she is back with a vengeance - making a disparaging comparison of vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin to Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Continuing her haiku-like writing style, O’Donnell, 46, takes a swipe at former co-host Hasselbeck, with whom she famously clashed on The View, by describing the duo as stalkers in stilettos.

Still to be revealed are O’Donnell’s thoughts on the pregnancy of Palin’s teen daughter, Bristol. Last December, citing the pregnancy of Jamie Lynn Spears, O’Donnell announced it was “never a good idea” to have a baby as a teenager.

Her 256-word blog posting also reveals how she has “limped back” to Pilates now that all four of her children are at school fulltime and, with the early fall foliage color change along the Hudson River, O’Donnell remembers the victims of the impending 9/11 anniversary.

In yet another surprising development in the Republican presidential campaign, vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin confirmed in a statement Monday that her 17-year-old daughter Bristol is five months pregnant.

Alaska governor Palin, who was selected to be John McCain’s vice president last week, said, “Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned. As Bristol faces the responsibilities of adulthood, she knows she has our unconditional love and support.”

The 44-year-old governor released the statement to combat a rumor that Bristol may have been the mother of Palin’s youngest son, Trig, who was born in April.

The McCain campaign confirmed it was aware of Bristol’s pregnancy before it selected Palin and said it did not affect McCain’s choice.
