Between potty training her first son and giving birth to her second, Melissa Joan Hart has had a busy year as a mom.

“It’s a constant workout,” the ex-Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star tells PEOPLE of taking care of her sons Mason, 3, and Braydon, 8 months.

That’s why she’s been able to stay post-pregnancy fit, she says.

“You don’t have time to eat because you’re chasing them all the time!” she said Friday at the Jonas Brothers launch of 77 Kids by American Eagle in Los Angeles. “You kind of lift them in the car seat, out of the car seat, in the highchair, out of the highchair.”

“He’s a great big brother,” says Hart “He’s just getting to the stage where he kicks %26#91;Braydon%26#93; when he walks by him. But for the first eight months he’s been a dream.”

The 32-year-old actress and her husband, Course of Nature band member Mark Wilkinson, welcomed Braydon Hart Wilkinson in March, and so far things are “great” - silly moments and all.

“Because he’s teething he sticks his tongue out all the time,” she says. “We took family photos yesterday for our Christmas card and he just kept sticking his tongue out. It was really bizarre, but cute.”

But it doesn’t mean the mom of two doesn’t have her own worries about her youngest.

“He’s been crawling or scooting for like months now, but he’s starting to stand and balance on his own,” says Hart. “I’m a little concerned that he’s skipping the crawling stage because I hear that they’re not good readers if they don’t crawl.”

The “Burnin’ Up” rockers looked excited as they arrived at the Roxy in Hollywood, California and posed for the paparazzi on the red carpet.

Selena Gomez, Jennie McCarthy, Brooke Burke, Patricia Heaton, Lisa Rinna, Melissa Joan Hart, and Victoria Justice all stopped by to check out the action.

She had an amazing night at the CMA Awards, and Taylor Swift recently opened up about her breakup with Jonas Brothers frontman Joe Jonas.

According to the “Love Story” songstress, Joe and actress Camilla Belle (she starred in JoBros “Lovebug” video) hooked up just as he was ending things with Swift. Taylor revealed, “They’ve been together since we broke up. That’s why we broke up - because he met her.”

Swift also mentioned that her preferred way of dealing with bratty guys is through songwriting. “I think they are starting to realize that if they are involved with me in any way, I will probably write a song about them. You know what, if they don’t want me to write bad songs about them, they shouldn’t do bad things.”

Joe Jonas sure doesn’t waste time: The singer, who recently split from Taylor Swift, has moved on and is now dating 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle, a source tells PEOPLE.

After a rocky end to his relationship with the country darling, which Swift talked and sang about, the middle Jonas brother, 19, quietly began seeing 22-year-old Belle, who starred in the Jonas Brothers video “Lovebug.”

“They met on the set of his music video,” says the source. “All the guys always had thought she was really pretty and that’s why they asked her to be in it.”

But don’t expect to see these two on red carpets together anytime soon. “They are not public about it but they’ve just been hanging out with their friends and Joe’s brothers,” explains the source. “They are very private about it.”

So just how did Belle nab herself a Jonas Brother? “She’s a really good girl and it seems they share a lot of the same characteristics and morals,” says the source.

Reps for Jonas and Belle had no comment.

According to reports, the “Burnin’ Up” stud has moved on to “10,000 BC” hottie Camilla Belle, who starred in the Jonas Brothers’ video for their hit song “Lovebug.”

An inside source told People magazine, “They met on the set of his music video. All the guys always had thought she was really pretty and that’s why they asked her to be in it.”

Mariah Carey will perform at the American Music Awards later this month, PEOPLE has learned.

Carey joins previously announced performers: the Jonas Brothers, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Pink, the Pussycat Dolls and the reunited New Kids on the Block.

Paris Hilton, Kate Walsh and Akon will also be presenters at the telecast, which airs live on ABC on Nov. 23.

Tickets to the telecast, which will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel from the Nokia Theater LA Live!, are still available to the public.

Laura Bush had a pleasant surprise for the 150 kids gathered at Dallas’s Trinity River Audubon Center: her pals Nick, Joe and Kevin - the Jonas Brothers.

The first lady and the young heartthrobs spent Sunday promoting the First Bloom conservation program by helping students make seed balls from compost, clay, native grass seeds and water.

After Mrs. Bush donned gloves to pitch in, the brothers followed suit.

Nick, 16, needed a little help, however. After he rolled a muddy ball, he displayed it to a young girl standing next to him and asked, “Make it bigger?”

“Did y’all ever think you’d be making seed balls with the Jonas Brothers?” Mrs. Bush asked the kids, who were from the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas and Williams Preparatory School.

“No!” came the quick reply. Followed by giggles.

A Reunion

This isn’t the first time the Jonases have spent time with the first lady; they performed at the White House Easter Egg Roll for the past two years.

“They were our stars, as you might imagine,” Mrs. Bush told PEOPLE. “The kids were just thrilled when they got there and found out that the Jonas Brothers were singing. We just got to be friends.”

Nick Jonas said of performing at the White House, “It’s been an honor every time. Definitely a dream come true.”

The Jonases have since recorded a PSA for the government’s Get Outdoors, It’s Yours! campaign.

Dallas Neighbors

The Bushes and Jonases will soon practically be neighbors. The president and first lady plan to live in Dallas after his term ends, and the guys recently bought a house in nearby Westlake.

“We’re looking forward to it,” Mrs. Bush said of the couple’s imminent move. “George and I lived in Dallas when he was elected governor, so it’s been 14 years since we’ve lived here. It is home.”

With a little help from his friends, Justin Timberlake put some extra

coin in the pockets of Shriners’ Hospitals for Children, an organization that provides medical care for kids in need.

And what good friends: the Jonas Brothers, Rihanna, 50 Cent, Leona Lewis, Adam Levine, Lionel Richie and Boyz II Men joined the “Sexy Back” star in Las Vegas, where Timberlake, 27, hosted a weeklong pro-celeb golf tournament, capped off by a charity concert and afterparty on Oct. 17.

The benefit golf match featured 40 golf

professionals and 13 celebrities, including Josh Duhamel, Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard, George Lopez and fellow N’SYNCer Chris Kirkpatrick. Timberlake has singed a 5-year deal to host the tournament through 2012.

“I enjoy playing the game leisurely,” says Timberlake. “I don’t have any aspirations to take on Tiger %26#91;Woods%26#93; or anything. But I’d like to see this

Award-winning singer Alicia Keys might want to clear off some space on her mantel: She was nominated Tuesday morning for five American Music Awards, the most for any artist this year.

Coming in second to Keys are the British quartet Coldplay and veteran rockers the Eagles, with four apiece. Next in line, with three nods each, are rap superstar Lil Wayne and R%26B hit-maker Chris Brown. All five acts are competing for the highest honor: Artist of the Year.

The show will air live on Nov. 23 from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, with Jimmy Kimmel once more emceeing.

Kimmel announced the lucky crop of contenders alongside dancer-chanteuse Julianne Hough and pop star Jesse McCartney.

The show will also feature a star-studded list of performers including the Jonas Brothers, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Pink, the Pussycat Dolls and the reunited New Kids on the Block.

Kimmel, however, said unscripted moments are often the most entertaining, like last year when Joe Jonas slipped during his group’s performance.

“You know what, it always makes it more interesting if somebody trips and falls,” says the comic. “So I don’t know, maybe it will be me. Who knows? We’re going to push somebody off the stage this year.”
