The “Oh in Ohio” starlet opted for an interesting combo consisting on a strapless red tartan plaid dress with a black hat, black stockings (with a run in them), black heels, and a black feathered shawl.

She was recently spotted out with her on-screen lesbian lover Shantel VanSanten from the film “You and I,” though she’s definitely in the market for a man.

Last week, Tarts caught up to Mischa at Los Angeles’ Bardot where she spent the majority of her evening flirting with Ryan Gosling as he manned the DJ booth. Unfortunately he didn’t show nearly as much interest in her, according to an eyewitness.

Last but not least, “One Tree Hill” hottie Sophia Bush mingled about with fellow partygoers, looking lovely in a white tanktop with a black and gold vest paired with black trousers and matching black heels.

The former “O.C.” babe looked to be having a marvelous time leafing through many different articles of clothing while sporting a multicolored minidress with a black cropped jacket and black heels.

As for her single lifestyle, Mischa recently told press that she’s enjoying it while it lasts. “I’m not used to being single, but it’s really nice,” she said.

She continued, “It’s great, actually,” adding some advice for other single girls, “Just embrace it. It’s important to breathe for a minute.”

After a string of high-profile relationships - including her split from Rooney frontman Taylor Locke last month - Mischa Barton says she likes being a free agent.

“I’m not used to being single but it’s really nice,” Barton, 22, told PEOPLE at the Arcade boutique opening in Los Angeles on Thursday.

“It’s great, actually,” adds the former O.C. actress, who’s set to launch a line of high-end headbands.

In fact, Barton has advice for other single girls.

Mischa Barton and her rocker boyfriend Taylor Locke have broken up, a rep for Locke’s band confirms to PEOPLE.

“They broke up recently,” a source adds. “It just didn’t work out.”

Barton, 22, has been linked with Locke, the guitarist for Rooney, since the winter. Since they began dating, the former O.C. star has cheered on her beau from the audience and backstage at his band’s gigs. In April, Barton traveled to Ireland, following Locke on tour through Europe.

The couple was most recently spotted out in August, taking in jazz night at the Green Door, a Hollywood lounge, where the duo “snuggled up on the couch with all their friends.”

Barton’s rep was not immediately available for comment.
