Showing off her ready-to-pop baby bump, actress Naomi Watts was spotted taking it easy with a day at the movies on Tuesday (November4).
The 40-year-old “21 Grams” star, who is expecting her second child in early December, first dropped by a TD Bank ATM machine, pulling out some cash with BlackBerry in hand.
From there, the Australian beauty then walked to to the Angelika Film Center and bought tickets to catch a matinee amid the election day activities in the States.
And while she’s happily awaiting her second bundle-of-joy, don’t count Naomi out as far as expanding the family further is concerned.
She said: “I always thought that I would have had kids by 30. I’d like five more.’But five is excessive, particularly for someone my age. I’d love three. That might be pushing it, so two. We’ll see.”

• Ryan Phillippe and girlfriend Abbie Cornish, sharing a romantic dinner at Nobu Los Angeles. • Lauren Conrad, arriving at Teddy’s inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel hand-in-hand with Kyle Howard. The pair strolled to their back table at their favorite L.A. haunt after midnight, and weren’t hiding their PDA. They were constantly holding hands as they danced and mingled with their friends. Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban are expecting their first child, her rep confirms.
“The couple are thrilled,” Catherine Olim says in a statement.
For Kidman, 40, this will be her third child. She and her former husband, Tom Cruise adopted two children during their marriage: Isabella, now 15, and Connor, 12.
The couple, who have been married 18 months, wed, after a yearlong courtship, on June 25, 2006, in a candlelit ceremony at Sydney, Australia’s Cardinal Cerretti Memorial Chapel on St. Patrick’s Estate at Manly. Guests at the black-tie event included Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Naomi Watts and Rupert Murdoch.
Before the couple even started dating, Kidman made her desire for more children clear. In April 2005, she told reporters that her biological clock was ticking. “I have got hormones running through my system,” she said. “That is why I sit wriggling, saying I want to have a baby.”
Little baby Alexander is still a few years away from growing mutton chop sideburns - but we’re pretty sure that one day he’ll look as good as his dad. Liev Schreiber and Hugh Jackman sported their fresh facial hair (for their roles in the new X-Men movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine) as Jackman happily greeted Schreiber, Naomi Watts and the couple’s 7-month-old baby on Friday in Sydney.
Watts and Jackman, of course, both hail from Australia, while Schreiber and Jackman costar in the upcoming Marvel Comics film as Sabretooth and Wolverine, respectively. The movie, due out in May 2009, also features Ryan Reynolds, the Black Eye Peas’ will.i.am and Friday Night Lights hunk Taylor Kitsch.
